Shipping policy

At KLR Rice, we offer FREE shipping across India on all orders.

 

Order processing: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays) from our mill in Chakulia, East Singhbhum, Jharkhand.

 

Delivery time: Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro and nearby regions usually arrive sooner; remote pincodes may take a little longer.

 

Courier partners: We ship via trusted partners including Xpressbees and India Post. A tracking link is shared by email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

 

Cash on Delivery: COD is available on serviceable pincodes. Prepaid (UPI/cards) orders are dispatched faster.

 

Coverage: We currently ship within India only.

 

Delays: Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to weather, regional restrictions or courier constraints beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at klragropvtltd@gmail.com or 09163998888.

 

Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect address details.
